​​​​​Client Services leverages the proximity to its user community to provide support services that meet the evolving needs of faculty, staff, and students. The team comprises of the following:

  • Service desk for walk-up and remote support. 
  • Field support for remote and in-person support of computers, printers, audiovisual, and telephony. 
  • Communications team providing community outreach and customer-facing content on the IT website
