Client Services leverages the proximity to its user community to provide support services that meet the evolving needs of faculty, staff, and students. The team comprises of the following:

  • Service desk for phone and walk-up support.
  • Field support for in-person training and support of computers, printers, audio visual, and telephony. 
  • Endpoint services team for developing and implementing endpoint services such as systems management, antivirus, and end-user backup.
