Client Services leverages the proximity to its user community to provide support services that meet the evolving needs of faculty, staff, and students. The team comprises of the following:
- Service desk for walk-up and remote support.
- Field support for remote and in-person support of computers, printers, audiovisual, and telephony.
- Communications team providing community outreach and customer-facing content on the IT website.
- Request Something - Explore and request IT services.
- Browse Knowledge - Find how-to guides and answers to frequently asked questions.
- Submit a Ticket - Get tech assistance on the web, by phone, or in person.
