- Business Process Optimization and Systems Analysis
- Assess business processes and identify opportunities for efficiencies
- Define enabling technology requirements
- Identify solutions to meet business process and technology requirements
- Systems Development and Enhancements
- Design, develop, and configure solutions
- Conduct user acceptance testing to obtain feedback and validate solutions
- Provide timely production support and maintenance
- Vendor Relationship Management
- Facilitate third-party vendor selection, implementation, maintenance, and support processes
