The Duo Mobile app makes two-factor authentication quick and easy. For both HarvardKey and your HMS account, you can verify your identity through a notification on your mobile phone.
Download the Duo Mobile app
On your mobile device, download Duo Mobile from the App Store (iPhone and iPad) or Google Play (Android devices).

If you are new to the HMS community, contact HMS IT to continue your registration after downloading Duo Mobile. HMS IT can be reached by phone at 617-432-2000 or by email at itservicedesk@hms.harvard.edu.
If you already have an HMS account, sign in to any HMS service that requires two-factor authentication (for example, Microsoft 365 email or VPN) and follow the prompts to connect Duo to your device.
