The HMS IT Project and Portfolio Management Office develops and implements processes to ensure IT programs and projects meet organizational goals and requirements. The office partners with business units across Harvard Medical School to provide project management support for IT initiatives and works with HMS governance groups to identify, define, prioritize and execute strategic IT projects.
