Use Shiny apps, R, and Python with Posit Connect
This service provides a space where researchers can create, host, and share data visualization applications. It supports Shiny applications, allows for custom URLs for each app, ensures high availability on cloud infrastructure, and offers public or secured access to applications.
To get started, submit your request here. It may take up to 10 business days to set up your Posit (RStudio) Connect instance.
Eligibility
Available to specific members of the HMS community.This service is open to HMS Quad-based faculty, staff, and students. Your lab needs to be on the HMS Quad, and you must have a HarvardKey account with granted access to the instance.
HSDM, HSPH, hospital affiliates, and hospital-based labs are not eligible.
Security
The platform supports Harvard Data Security Level 3 data but is not HIPAA-compliant.The platform supports Harvard Data Security Level 3 data but is not HIPAA-compliant.
Cost
No cost during the pilot phase.There is no charge for using this service during the pilot phase. Future costs will depend on demand.
