Adobe Creative Cloud

You qualify for an HMS Adobe Creative Cloud account if you meet all three of these criteria as defined here:

• Are a primary HMS community member
• Have an HMS, HSDM, or Wyss email address
• Have claimed your HarvardKey

Primary HMS community members include students, employees, faculty, postdoctoral researchers, and select affiliates as listed here:

• HMS or HSDM students
• HMS or HSDM employees with one of these classifications:
  • Faculty – Senior (F), junior (J), and other (O) faculty
  • Students – Graduate (G, H) and temporary (D) students
  • Postdoctoral researchers – Internal (Y) and external (N, Z) postdoctoral researchers
  • Staff – Administrative and professional (A), support (S), and temporary (T) staff
  • Additional support – Interns (E) and teaching assistants (I)
• Harvard emeritus faculty members
• HMS-affiliated faculty instructors who directly prepare and teach part of the HMS curriculum (additional approval may be required)
• Assigned the Harvard Sponsored Role (HSR) at HMS or HSDM

An HMS, HSDM, or Wyss email address means one ending in:

• @hms.harvard.edu
• @hsdm.harvard.edu
• @wyss.harvard.edu
• @g.harvard.edu

If you are eligible but can't access Adobe Creative Cloud, submit a ticket to the HMS Service Desk. If you are an HMS-affiliated instructor, include the course name and number in your request.

Adobe Creative Cloud is approved for Data Security Level 3 at Harvard, ensuring your creative projects are securely managed.

Access requires HarvardKey authentication, providing an additional layer of security.
