Maintaining a high level of security is a priority.To guarantee a secure connection, the HMS VPN requires users to set up the Duo mobile app for two-factor authentication, enhancing the safety of their data. Disconnect from other VPN services before connecting to the HMS VPN to avoid conflicts and maintain security.
Large data transfers
Keeping the VPN system optimal for all users.The HMS VPN system isn't built to support large data transfers, as it can hinder the connectivity for others. If transferring substantial files securely is essential, disconnect from the VPN and use the HMS Accellion service instead.
