Professional recording and streaming for your events

Event Production Services facilitate live streaming, Zoom meetings, and recording of events for later viewing. The services are available for all events at HMS Quad venues and other locations. This enables remote participation, enhances engagement, and ensures no content is lost after the event.

    Event production services are available to anyone organizing events at HMS. Whether planning a conference, teaching session, or any other event, you can benefit from these services.

    We ensure all your meetings, live streams, and recorded content are secure. We use professional standards for recording and streaming to guarantee the confidentiality and quality of your content.

  • Submission deadlines

    Timely submission guarantees service provision

    For standard assistance, submit your request at least five business days in advance. Requests for event recording and live-streaming must be submitted at least ten business days in advance. After-hours support, weekends, and holiday requests must be submitted 15 business days in advance. Shorter turn-around requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, contingent on staff availability.
