During the COVID-19 pandemic many of the AV enabled spaces at Harvard Medical School will be unavailable. As such, we do not advise the use of on-campus AV spaces.  

To help promote & support your virtual events, Media Services will be providing several remote offerings as described on our Remote Services page. Fees for attended offerings, such as Moderated Zoom Events, will be waived during this time.

The services listed below will continue normal operation after the pandemic has ended and the HMS campus has fully opened.
