New AV-enabled collaboration spaces in Gordon Hall

The new Gordon Hall flex workspace now features eighteen new AV-enabled collaboration spaces. These spaces support seamless content sharing on wall-mounted displays and simplify participation in Zoom and Microsoft Teams meetings.

Each collaboration space includes:

  • A touch panel or touch-enabled wall display for quick meeting setup and content sharing.
  • Step-by-step instructions available via wall-mounted guides and table tents, each with a QR code and a short link to detailed support documentation.

Authorized administrative user groups can reserve these collaboration spaces using the EMS Room Scheduling app. 

Note – To use wireless content sharing, you must have the Zoom app on your device.
