To help you plan your work during the upcoming holiday season, HMS IT is writing to share our support schedule for the winter recess.

IT support will be unavailable on:

  1. Christmas Day – Thursday, December 25, 2025
  2. New Year’s Day – Thursday, January 1, 2026

Otherwise, from December 24 to 31, staff will be available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (UTC-5) to respond to critical emergencies only, such as a major security access issue affecting essential applications, a network outage impacting three or more individuals, or a compromised account requiring immediate attention.

If you encounter a critical emergency during these hours, call IT Support at 617-432-2000. For non-emergency matters — such as individual account questions, app access, or device issues — submit a ticket to be addressed when normal business operations resume on Friday, January 2, 2026.
