HMS IT Service Portal requires Okta Verify sign-in starting March 4

Set up Okta Verify now maintain access to the HMS IT Service Portal

February 27, 2026

To strengthen sign-in security, HMS IT will require Okta Verify for signing in to the HMS IT Service Portal starting Wednesday, March 4, 2026.

After this date, you must use Okta Verify when signing in to the HMS IT Service Portal with your HMS account. To ensure uninterrupted access, set up Okta Verify before March 4.
