Changes to HMS account claim notifications for new employees and guests

To simplify the process for acquiring a new HMS account, new faculty and staff members will now directly activate their own account from a link in an automated message sent to their personal email address used during onboarding. The supervisor or sponsor of the new account holder will be CC'd on this message but will no longer need to forward the information to the new member of the faculty or staff. 

In addition, new guest account holders can also now activate their own account from a link in an automated message sent to their personal email address used during onboarding. The sponsor of the new account holder will be CC'd on this message but will no longer need to forward the information to the new guest account holder. 

The content of the automated message will be essentially the same, providing the HMS account ID, activation code, and link required to activate a new HMS account. We will also include a note distinguishing the HMS account from HarvardKey, with a link for the new user to claim their HarvardKey to access the University's services.
