A contingent worker hired through an agency. Examples include:
- A temp from an agency such as Randstad.
- A contract developer or business analyst from an IT staffing agency.
- A contract financial analyst from a financial staffing agency
A contingent worker HSR will be initiated by Central HR after the hire has been completed through the contingent labor hire process (DZX). The hiring manager will be set up as the sponsor of the role and will have to approve once initiated by Central HR.
