Create and share illustrative scientific figures
BioRender is a web-based platform for crafting and sharing visually engaging scientific figures for communication and publication purposes. This tool allows you to import existing images or illustrations and even create custom icons on demand. The platform includes a scientifically accurate image library to help save time and costs associated with using expensive illustration software.
Request a BioRender license by following the instructions via the PPMS Research Computing Core.

Only available to members of Harvard UniversityFaculty, Staff, StudentsBioRender is available to faculty, staff, and students located within Harvard University.
Note – Hospital affiliates are not eligible for this service.

Pricing details for acquiring the software licensePricing TermsPlease visit our pricing page. A Harvard Departmental 33-digit billing code is required for this payment. The license term runs from November 1 to October 31 of each year. Users must have a valid, active HarvardKey account.
