Zoom web conferencing

Enterprise Zoom accounts are available for hosting meetings and webinars for course sessions, as well as HMS administrative and research meetings.

Zoom is available for use by HMS/HSDM on-quad faculty, students and staff. Zoom is available by request for off-quad faculty and employees of HMS-Affiliated institutions who require Zoom in support of their teaching activities at HMS. Hospital business, such as graduate medical education, hospital-based research, or clinical departmental activities, is not eligible. ⚠️ Zoom is not HIPAA-compliant. Protected health information or personally identifiable information about patients should not be shared through Zoom.
