Enterprise Zoom Accounts are Available for Hosting Meetings

Enterprise Zoom accounts are available for hosting meetings and webinars for course sessions and administrative and research needs.
Most staff, faculty and students will be able to access Zoom by logging on with their HarvardKey at https://harvard.zoom.us.
Only those hosting meetings need to register for an enterprise account.
Zoom email conflicts for hospital-based faculty
Hospital-based faculty may not be able to access Harvard Zoom because their email address has been reserved for their institution’s Zoom access. In this case, you will receive an error message stating that you cannot create a Harvard Zoom account.
If you need to host a Harvard Medical School teaching, research, or administrative activity on Zoom, you are eligible for a Harvard Zoom account and will need a unique email forwarding address for use at Harvard. Hospital business, such as graduate medical education, hospital-based research laboratory, or clinical departmental activities are not eligible.
