HMS IT has worked diligently to address the impact of the global CrowdStrike outage.
Here are the latest updates:
- All HMS IT servers and their services have been restored.
- On-campus rooms with scheduled meetings or events have been addressed.
- Some digital signage on campus may remain offline as we work to safely restore functionality.
- Most kiosks and computers at shared workstations on campus have been fixed; the rest have been prioritized and are being addressed. If you urgently need a kiosk or shared computer fixed, submit a ticket to the Service Desk.
- If you are still experiencing issues on your personal computer, follow our documentation to resolve the issue or submit a ticket to the Service Desk.
