To improve security, the HMS community has been updated with a new VPN client as of February 1, 2024. The new software, Ivanti Secure Access, replaces the previous Pulse Secure VPN client.  

When you launch Pulse Secure, you will be prompted to upgrade the app on your computer. When prompted, select Upgrade. The upgrade will include a change to the branding. After you upgrade, the VPN app will be named Ivanti Secure Access, and there will be a new icon for the app. If you are not prompted to install the latest version, visit our Ivanti Secure Access landing page for instructions and downloads.
