The Microscopy Resources on the North Quad (MicRoN) Core has improved their operational performance by using the electronic lab notebook service to better streamline inventory management of samples, supplies, and equipment including microscopes, optical components, and consumables.  Leveraging eLabNext’s secure and organized space, the MicRoN Core has improved collaboration and teamwork through creating, editing, and managing digital lab notebooks to record experiment protocols, observations, results, and other research data. They also use the platform for task management and tracking microscope issues.
