Eligibility
Workspaces are for HMS staff, on-quad faculty, and student groups.Only HMS staff, on-quad faculty members, and student groups can request Harvard Slack Enterprise Grid workspaces.
Note – Hospital business, including graduate medical education, hospital-based research, or clinical departmental activities, is not eligible.

Licensing
Maintain cost-effective communication.Licensing for Slack operates on the Harvard fiscal calendar from July 1 to June 30.
For FY2023, costs won't exceed $10 per user. These are not pro-rated. A fee is applied for each HarvardKey user or Multi-channel guest.
Single-channel guests are free but restricted to one channel per workspace.
