The Email Triggers feature in Qualtrics is being phased out. There is currently no retirement date, but Qualtrics is no longer updating the feature, and HMS IT has received reports from HMS users that it has become less reliable.

We recommend changing your Email Triggers to Workflow Tasks using the newer Workflows feature.
