The Asset Lifecycle Management team is moving to a new building, so ordering and setup might be delayed for about three weeks.

The Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) team is moving from Vanderbilt Hall to the Tosteson Medical Education Center (TMEC) on Thursday, July 30, 2026. While the team relocates, you might wait longer than usual to have new equipment ordered, set up, and delivered. The team expects these delays to last about three weeks, through mid-August. If you need equipment during this period, submit your request as early as you can and plan for extra time.

The ALM team will keep working on open tickets and equipment already in hand throughout the move. New requests might wait longer than usual before the team can start them.

The ALM team orders, prepares, and delivers computers and other equipment across HMS. While staff pack up the current space and set up in TMEC, the team can take on fewer new requests. After ALM is fully settled in its new location, equipment orders and setup will return to normal. HMS IT appreciates your patience during the transition.
