William focuses on strategic IT engagement, research technology delivery and infrastructure at Harvard Medical School. As part of the Chief Technology Office, he helps to develop partnerships and alignment across the HMS community to grow research technology services and support. He works closely with IT leadership to ensure that solution discovery and service delivery resources are coordinated and effective, and that related processes across HMS IT mature to support the needs of the research mission.
William has a background in service management, customer alignment, and solution discovery developed while working in IT organizations such as Yale, Dartmouth, and the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.
