Computer Support

The IT Service Desk, located in TMEC 225, provides students with walk-up support M-F, 8 AM to 5 PM and can be reached at itservicedesk@hms.harvard.edu or 617-432-2000.

Software Support

Available software support includes:

  • Basic Mac and Windows operating system troubleshooting
  • Application installation and troubleshooting
  • Antivirus installation
  • Wireless setup and troubleshooting for computers and mobile devices

Hardware Support

Student data recovery and hardware support is limited to diagnosis on a "best effort" nature. In cases where hardware repair on a student owned computer is required, please see Computer and Hardware repairs for advice on local repair service shops.
